We are a waterfront condominium community located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. There are 68 units spread across five 2 story buildings. While the 1070 sq.ft. floorplan in each building is slightly different, every unit has 2 bedrooms/2 baths and a wall of sliders out to a screened lanai. Residents have full access to the clubhouse and a pool that is both heated and cooled. Dock access is limited to dock owners only.

Situated on a canal with direct Gulf access we are less than a mile from the Gulf of Mexico. Seascape is conveniently located less than 3 miles from both Sunset Beach and Fred Howard Park, both offering Gulf access and amazing sunset views. Pinellas county maintains more than 20,000 acres of parks and preserves, so you are sure to find outdoor space that is right for you

Tarpon Springs was settled by Greek sponge divers in the early 1900s and the city is known for its’ Historic Sponge Dock district. Shops and Greek restaurants line Dodecanese Boulevard and strive to remind us of the once booming sponge industry.
